Gateway Sweepstakes Rules

NO-PURCHASE-NECESSARY, METHOD OF ENTRY: As an alternate means of entry into the Gateway sweepstakes, a player must: Send in a legible photocopy of your driver's license or other government identification and a 3 x 5 inch card on which the player has legibly handwritten the player's First and Last Name, Complete Mailing Address (e.g. Street, City, State, ZIP code), Telephone Number, Date of Birth, and the location that they would like to have their sweepstakes prizes revealed. The card and photocopy of your driver's license must be placed in a #10 envelope, and mailed to P.O. Box 250, Piedmont, South Carolina 29673

No photocopies, reproductions or facsimiles of the 3 x 5 inch card are allowed.

1. Gateway shall not be responsible for lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, mutilated or postage-due mail.

2. Approved mail-in entries will receive a card containing 100 sweepstake entries.

3. The odds of winning by mail in entry will be accorded equal opportunities to participate and win in sweepstakes held at a participating Gateway location, and will depend on the number of entrants.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD/TERMINATION: Promotional period begins on April 1, 2012 at 12 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), and ends on the earlier to occur of (i) March 31, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. (ET); (ii) or when all available entries are distributed ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor also reserves the right to terminate this Game by giving notice, deemed appropriate by Sponsor, on any Day, in which case the Game will terminate not less than the 7th day following the Day on which notice of termination was given or the date stated in the notice, whichever is longer. Limit of one request per person per day. Mailed requests must be received no later than March 15, 2013. The promotion begins on or about December 1, 2010. The promotion ends when supplies of Gateway Gaming Instant Game Plays are exhausted, but in no case no later than March 31, 2013.

For problems or assistance ask location management. Internet cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.

HOW TO PLAY: Winners are determined by having winning symbols in a row.

TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE: All cash prizes up to $100 may be claimed at the cashier at the location where you purchased your Gateway Gaming Internet Card. Sellers reserve the right to pay all winners over $100 with cashier's check, money order, or cash within 24 hours.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Gateway Gaming Sweepstakes and participating locations are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, postage due or misdirected mail requests. The sweepstakes portion of winning tickets become the property of the company and will not be returned. Participants agree to hold harmless Gateway Gaming, this location and their respective directors, officers, members, employees, attorneys, affiliated organizations and agents for any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability that may result from their acceptance or use of this prize, their participation in this program, or the use or misuse of the Gateway Gaming Internet Card. By participating, participants agree not to contest the outcome of the game and to fully comply with the official rules. Prizewinners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's or any Promoter's Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents 18 years and older, except; persons who from and after March 1, 2008, were or are agents of Gateway Gaming Sweepstakes, this location, their advertising or promotion agencies and any affiliated organizations; individuals engaged in the development, production, distribution of materials, or implementation of the game; and the immediate family of any person in any of the above classes.

ODDS OF WINNING: May vary depending on the number of cards sold, vouchers received, number of participants in promotional game and by type of promotional play game used by this vending machine. On an average there is a 2.39 chance of a winning combination.

FREE SWEEPSTAKES: Free sweepstakes obtained as free giveaways either at retail location or by mail have the same odds as the sweepstakes received with purchase of internet cards.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, Promoters, their respective officers, directors, employees, parent companies, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, Sponsor's liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall Sponsor be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of South Carolina, U.S.A., without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrant agrees that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the U.S. Federal and State Courts of Greenville County, South Carolina U.S.A.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
